On July 18, 2022, Chemical Engineering Program School of Engineering and Technology Walailak University Organized a special training for 3rd year students to participate in the Japanese personnel competency assessment training. There is a tool to assess personnel competency in Generic Skills (Soft skill) which can assess students’ competency in 3 main parts:
1. Working with others
2. Personal
skills 3. Basic working skills (Work planning, problem solving) In this regard, students can know the results of the assessment for further development as well as a guideline for choosing a career that is suitable for themselves in the future.
Bachelor of Engineering Program Chemical Engineering and Pharmaceutical Chemistry School of Engineering and Technology Walailak University It is a course that focuses on integrated teaching and learning. In the course of teaching and learning, the program aims to produce bachelor’s degree personnel who are well-versed in chemical engineering and can apply academic and professional skills to their lives and work. Therefore, to provide teaching of chemical engineering courses. To achieve the objectives and be more efficient, the curriculum has organized activities under the project “Choose a future career that meets the needs” to answer the question of choosing a job position Student’s future business including learning how to cope working more in line with the future engineer And know their own strengths or areas that need to be further developed in accordance with their own career choices in the future
