Today (26 Jul’65) at 13.00 hrs. Center of Excellence in Wood and Biomaterials School of Engineering and Technology Walailak University Organized the 1st Seminar on the Origin of Oil Palm Wood Industry: “Processing of oil palm wood and other palm species that can be dried quickly without cracking and not collapsing with prototype products” to convey knowledge From research and study on the utilization of oil palm in a new integrated form to the practical application in the industrial sector, both the public and private sectors. It was honored by Professor Dr. Sombat Thamrongthanyawong, Acting President. Walailak University presided over the opening remarks of the seminar Associate Professor Dr. Nirundorn Matan, Head of the Center of Excellence for Wood and Biomaterials, said the report. With honored guests in Nakhon Si Thammarat province and interested parties from government and private agencies throughout the southern region attended a large number of meetings at meeting room 4, Technology and Innovation Laboratory Building.
