Led by Asst.Prof.Dr. Monthian Setkit, the Dean, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ajalawit Chantaveerod, Head of the Research Office, the team visited to gather information on the requirements for advancing an area through research and innovation involving stakeholders. This took place on November 13, 2023. Representatives from the School of Engineering and Technology met with Ms. Saruda Intrapan, the District Chief of Phipun District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province, along with other key officials such as the District Development Officer, the Agricultural Officer, the Subdistrict Headman of Yang Kom, Deputy Subdistrict Headman of Khao Phra, a representative from the Tambon Administration Organization of Khuan Klang, and the village head of Village 3 in Tambon Khuan Klang. During this meeting held at the Phipun District Office, 2nd floor, they were briefed on the origins of the issues and synthesized data from the district to compile the developmental requirements for this area. This information will be proposed as a research plan to seek funding support for research activities from various sources in the fiscal year 2025 onwards.
