School of Engineering and Technology, Walailak University, Participates in “PSU Academic Fair 2026” Exhibition

During August 18–19, 2026, the School of Engineering and Technology, Walailak University, participated in an exhibition and academic program showcase at the “PSU Academic Fair 2026”, held at Prince of Songkla University, Hat Yai Campus, Songkhla Province. The event provided an excellent opportunity for secondary school students, teachers, parents, and other interested visitors to learn more about engineering and technology programs and to receive useful information for planning their future university studies.

Throughout the two-day event, the School of Engineering and Technology booth attracted a large number of students and visitors. The atmosphere was lively, friendly, and engaging, with students stopping by to explore the exhibition, participate in activities, and ask questions about the School’s academic programs, teaching and learning approaches, admission pathways, and future career opportunities after graduation.

Participation in the event served as an important opportunity to promote the School of Engineering and Technology and increase awareness of its academic programs among prospective students. Visitors were introduced to various fields of engineering and technology that respond to the rapidly changing demands of today’s world, including energy, automation, robotics, infrastructure, digital technology, artificial intelligence, materials, and manufacturing processes. Students also gained a broader understanding of how engineering knowledge and skills can be applied in industry and professional careers in the future.

In addition, faculty members, staff, and student representatives were available at the booth to provide information and share their experiences with visitors. This gave prospective students the opportunity to gain insights into both academic life and the overall university experience. Such interactions helped students develop a clearer picture of what it is like to study engineering and provided valuable information to support their decisions in choosing an educational pathway that aligns with their interests and future goals.

The School of Engineering and Technology, Walailak University, would like to express its sincere appreciation to all students, teachers, parents, and visitors who showed interest and visited the booth. Their participation helped create a warm and enjoyable atmosphere filled with smiles, fun activities, and meaningful exchanges throughout the two-day event. The School also extends its appreciation to Prince of Songkla University, Hat Yai Campus, for organizing an academic event that provided students with opportunities to explore their interests and prepare for higher education.

The School of Engineering and Technology sincerely hopes that this event will serve as a starting point in inspiring young students to discover their interests in engineering and technology. We look forward to welcoming them in the future as part of the “Walailak Engineering Family,” where they can develop their knowledge, skills, and potential while preparing to become high-quality engineers and technology professionals who are ready to contribute to the future development of society and the nation.
