Walailak University engineering and technology students took part in the annual “Traditional Run of Engineering and Technology People” on Saturday, August 5, 2023. The event was organized by the School of Engineering and Technology to promote good health and build relationships between students, faculty, and staff.
The run began and ended at the School of Engineering and Technology campus. Students from all departments participated, including first-year students, who were joined by faculty and staff members. The route took runners through the university’s lush green campus, past the library, the student union, and the sports complex.
The run was a great way for students to get some exercise, meet new people, and learn more about their school. It was also a chance for students to bond with their professors and staff members.
The School of Engineering and Technology is committed to developing students who are both academically and personally successful. The traditional run is one of the many ways that the school encourages students to stay healthy, active, and involved in the university community.
The objective of the School of Engineering and Technology is to organize the traditional running project by collaborating with students in all departments to create unity and volunteerism, teamwork and living a happy and quality life for the students in the school.
