On July 8, 2023, at 9:00 AM, at the Sports Complex, the Department of Electrical Engineering at Walailak University organized sports activities for freshmen. The main objectives of the event were to:
1.Promote unity among freshmen and seniors
2.Provide freshmen with guidance in their studies and life
3.Help freshmen learn about engineering and increase their motivation to study
4.Reduce the number of freshmen who drop out of school
The Department of Electrical Engineering has been using a “house system” to organize its students since 2022. This system is inspired by the house system in the Harry Potter series, and it divides students into four houses based on their personality traits. The house system is designed to help students build relationships with each other and to provide them with support and guidance.
In addition to the house system, the Department of Electrical Engineering also offers a variety of other programs and activities to help students succeed. These programs include:
