On August 11, 2023, a group of esteemed professors hailing from the School of Engineering and Technology, the School of Pharmacy, and the School of Science at Walailak University achieved a significant milestone. Their collaborative efforts were recognized with a Silver Award, accompanied by a cash prize of 50,000 baht and an esteemed certificate, presented at the Thailand Research Expo 2023.
Hosted under the theme “Thai Research Moves Forward, Driving Economy and Society Sustainably,” the National Research Expo 2023 unfolded at the prestigious Centara Grand Hotel and Bangkok Convention Centre at CentralWorld from August 7 to August 11, 2023.
The recognized achievement resulted from the synergistic work of a team of dedicated researchers, as outlined below:
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Suthon Srivaro: Esteemed Head of Research Project 1 and a dedicated Lecturer in the Petrochemical and Polymer Program within the School of Engineering and Technology.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Vichitpan Rongwong: Distinguished Head of Research Project 2 and an accomplished Lecturer specializing in Chemical Engineering within the School of Engineering and Technology.
Asst. Prof. Dr. Litwadee Jeueboon: Respected Head of Sub-Research Project 3 and a notable faculty member within the School of Pharmacy.
