Therefore, training programs and seminars have been set up to increase the efficiency of personnel in the School of Engineering and Technology. so that personnel gain knowledge, understanding and have a good attitude to work both in teaching Graduate Quality Development and enhancing their own potential in various fields such as research and academic services as well as to strengthen relationships and bonds with personnel in the school This will lead to efficiency and effectiveness in the operation of the School of Engineering and Technology.
