Faculties in the School of Engineering and Technology receive a scholarship to develop the potential of new lecturers in 2020

Congratulations to Assistant Professor Dr. Kampanat Sukmak, Lecturer of Civil Engineering and Assistant Professor Dr. Vichitphan Rongvong, lecturer in Chemical Engineering and Pharmaceutical Chemistry, on the opportunity to receive a scholarship for developing the potential of new lecturers in 2020 from the Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation, collaborated with the National Research Office (NRCT). This grant aims to produce and push new faculty members with research potential to have opportunities to continue research. The grant will also support them in entering a professional researcher’s path and creating a body of knowledge, which is fundamental to national development. Another aim is to increase the work published in international academic journals. Finally, it will raise institutions’ level to have higher research potential and increase the country’s competitiveness.

Assistant Professor Dr. Kampanat Sukmak, Lecturer of Civil Engineering Program, has expertise in Geotechnics and Soil Improvement.

Assistant Professor Dr. Vichitphan Rongwong, the lecturer in Chemical Engineering and Pharmaceutical Chemistry, specialized in biogas cleaning/wastewater treatment by membrane technology/gas absorption by solution / mass transfer/palm bunch biomass production.
