On Monday, February 2, 2025, the School of Engineering and Technology, Walailak University, organized a special lecture featuring guest speakers from Thai Shimizu Co., Ltd., one of Thailand’s leading construction contractors and part of Shimizu Corporation of Japan. The event aimed to share valuable knowledge and professional experience in construction technology with engineering students.
The lecture focused on presenting modern construction technologies and innovations, as well as future trends in the construction industry. The speakers also discussed the roles of contractors within the industrial sector and provided guidance on how engineering graduates can effectively prepare themselves for entering the professional workforce.
Students from the Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering programs attended the session in large numbers.
