On Friday, January 17, 2025, the School of Engineering and Technology, Walailak University, in collaboration with the university’s Corporate Communications Division, organized a welcoming event for teachers and Grade 10 students from Sikao Prachaphadungwit School, Trang Province at Lecture Building 7. The event was honored by the presence of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Charan Boonkarn, Vice President of Walailak University, who delivered a warm welcome and provided guidance on higher education opportunities.
The event aimed to introduce the academic programs offered by the School of Engineering and Technology, showcase state-of-the-art engineering laboratories, and present various hands-on activities designed to enhance students’ understanding of engineering disciplines. Faculty members and senior students also shared their experiences, offering valuable insights into academic and career paths in engineering.
Throughout the visit, students actively participated in hands-on activities such as experimenting with engineering equipment, designing and analyzing engineering structures, and learning about emerging technologies and innovations in the digital era.
