The School of Engineering and Technology at Walailak University recently organized a significant training and seminar initiative titled “Exchange Learning, Evaluating the Implementation of the 2024 Action Plan, Reviewing, and Preparing the 2025 Action Plan.” This event took place from May 2nd to 3rd, 2024, at the Prasansuk Hotel, located in Sichon District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province.
The School of Engineering and Technology is dedicated to producing graduates who are not only highly skilled but also morally upright to fulfill the societal needs. It aims to serve as a knowledge and technology hub for the local, regional, and international communities, thereby fostering academic excellence for local and national development. To realize these objectives, continuous development of personnel knowledge within the School of Engineering and Technology is crucial. Hence, various training programs and seminars have been established to enhance the performance efficiency of the personnel. These initiatives aim to equip personnel with the necessary knowledge, understanding, and positive attitude towards their work.
The primary goal of the training and seminar was to familiarize participants with the processes involved in producing graduates who are both talented and socially responsible. Furthermore, it aimed to enhance graduate quality development and self-empowerment across various fields. By fostering such initiatives, the School of Engineering and Technology aims to improve the quality of graduates and their potential in research and academic services. Additionally, these efforts aim to strengthen relationships and collaboration among staff members, ultimately enhancing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the School of Engineering and Technology.
